For all the times I’ve cried on your shoulder
For all the times I needed a hand to hold
For all the times you dealt with my attitude
For all the times you hugged and kissed me
For all the times you prayed for me
For all the times you gave me advice
For all the times you bought things for me
For all the times you wished you could take my place when I was suffering
For all the times you fed me
For all the times you laughed at my {lame} jokes
For all the times you congratulated me and told me you’re proud of me
For all the times you drove me
For all the times you taught me
For all the times you came to my school and dance events
For all the times I forgot to say thank you
For all the times you told me you love me…
….Thank you. I love you, Ma.
Happy Mother’s Day!
Beautiful! Happy Mother’s Day to your mom!😊💗
This is so lovely. So insightful and heartfelt – your Mom raised you right, and she is lucky to have you as a daughter, and you are lucky to have her as a Mom. 🙂
Ahh thank you so much, Jess! Happy Mother’s Day to YOUR mama as well. She raised a strong, hilarious, beautiful daughter. ❤
This is such a beautiful post. I did not realize how much my own mom loved me until I had kids of my own. It is an unconditional love willing to sacrifice all one’s own desires in order to see her child thrive. I have never been more thankful for my mom’s deep love and care.
That’s beautiful, Sasha! I’m sure you are a wonderful mother because you had such a great role model in your own mother. 🙂
You totally wrote this purely for her to make you sandwiches and and send them via fed ex to you at college. YOUR A MEAN GIRL.
Kidding. 😉
Well………… 😉
