Hey y’all!
I’m gonna make this wonderful WIAW short and sweet because I’ve got some studying to do for the AP Calc exam that is TO-DAY. Please pray that I don’t a) cry during the short answers or b) get so antsy that I start doing burpees during the test.

I just have a whole arsenal of recent eats pictures to share with you all, so in no particular order, here’s what I’ve been noshing on lately!
Breakfasts
Overnight oats in an almond butter jar
Cookie dough cereal with mangoes, blueberries, and banana
Corn English muffin with sunflower seed butter and almond butter + Greek yogurt with fruit, honey, nutmeg and cinnamon
Yogurt bowl with berries, bananas, chia, hemp, cinnamon, nutmeg, banana apple muffin, and peanut butter
Hot banana berry oats with sunflower seed butter and Greek yogurt on the bottom
Lunches
Nut butter and jam sandwiches
Vietnamese sandwich
Snacks
Terra chips
Snap pea crisps (CRACK).
Random yogurt messes
FRUIT. SO MUCH FRUIT.
Dinners
Uber messy, but delicious wrap: avocado, spinach, sriracha chicken, and sriracha yogurt sauce that was a little too runny…
Another wrap: avocado, spinach, Malaysian chicken, and Greek yogurt (it works so well in place of sour cream!)
Quinoa/wild rice, asparagus, and Malaysian chicken
School high honors dinner: Chicken martini, mashed potatoes, and veggies
Desserts
I’ve been having a lot of desserts, but I’ve only taken pictures of some!
Apple tart a la mode from Bistro Z
Vanilla bean ice cream with fruit
Cannoli cake from the high honors dinner
I’ve also been having dried figs with Greek yogurt and Girl Scout cookies…like the rest of America.
