Hmm, maybe these last 5 weeks of school won’t be too bad if the weeks keep passing this quickly! There are still a lot of papers to write and tests to take though, so I can’t check out now (Ha— who am I kidding? 😉 ). In all seriousness though, I’m starting to feel the onset of separation anxiety when I have to leave my friends. Maybe I shouldn’t talk about the end of the year yet.
I’m also thinking shorts/capri weather is finally becoming a permanent thing around here! I need to paint my naked toe nails if I want to wear sandals though. I am not blessed with pretty toes.
And for today’s moves, I basically did a similar arm workout and to last Sunday’s plus a few minutes on the rope climbing machine and Julie’s 8 minute ab tabata.
Anyway, hope you all enjoy this week’s Fascinating Friday Links! I apologize for these being so late again— AP studying has got me up into the wee hours of the night! If the weather’s warm where you are, grab some iced tea or lemonade, go out into the backyard, kick your feet up, and enjoy these reads!

Happy weekend Alison! Hope it’s a great one😊
Happy weekend to you too, Katie!
So let me get this straight… not only do you have a crazy stair machine in the US you also have a rope climbing machine? Wow, you would feel like you’re coming into the middle ages if you ever visited Australia! We don’t celebrate Cinco de Mayo over here, but I am going to use it as a perfect excuse to eat more mexican food! I found the article on Adrenal Fatigue interesting, as I actually suffered very badly from it in 2012 to the point where I was pretty housebound from fatigue. I was eating well, but my body shut down and stopped absorbing nutrients, so I was losing weight. It was horrible, and it reminds me to make sure I’m never overstressed!
Well it’s a “rope climbing” machine but you just sit and pull a rope up and down, and it has different resistance levels! You don”t actually climb it…but that would be an awesome machine if you could! 😉
Oh man, that adrenal fatigue sounds awful. I hope you’ve been doing better since then! ❤
man I wish the weather in Toronto is as good as yours ): It’s cold and rainy here
Wait… it’s Cinco de Mayo? Haha! But those sweet potato nachos….. omg. Need. Hope you’re having a good weekend! 🙂
Don’t they look awesome?! I hope you’re having a great weekend too, girl!
